Right of withdrawal

This notice informs you of your right of withdrawal for the subscription to neochrome, which is a digital service. It complements the general terms.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email), addressed to:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, though this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you requested that the provision of the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Immediate start and lapse of the right
neochrome is a digital service provided immediately. To access it without waiting, you ask us, at the time of payment, to begin providing the service during the fourteen-day period, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will lapse once the contract is fully performed.
As long as the contract is not fully performed, you keep your right to withdraw within the fourteen-day period. If you exercise it after the service has already begun, you owe only an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to then (see “Effects of withdrawal”), and the rest is refunded to you.
At the time of payment, you confirm this request for an immediate start and this acknowledgement; we then send you confirmation of it on a durable medium (by email).
